The parameter of the development of mounting systems for solar modules

On roofs the subconstruction for solar modules have to withstand extreme climate conditions. That has to be seriously considered as there are

  • Temperature fluctuation (summer – winter)
  • High wind speed (storm)
  • Climatic influence (corrosion, abrasion)
  • Static load

High corrosion restistance of our mounting system

To reach the high standard of a roof mounting installation, we developed a double substructure. Consisting of stainless steel and aluminium the system guarantees a very high corrosion resistance.

Low weight of the mounting system

The low weight of the system gives way to its use on all roofs, regardless if of brick, slate or sheet. Special roofing or flat ones do not mean a difference.

The SOLARtec roof mounting system reduces the roof penetration and enhances the efficieny factor for all solar plants.

  • 30%-50% less drilled holes within all standards of norms and regulations.
  • The optimal air circulation between solar module and roof enhances the efficiency up to 10% to 15%.
  • The substructure reduces the occurring elongation force, which can appears during high temperature phases of the metal.

The SOLARtec flat-roof-system is fitting to all flat or low slops of roofs.

Flat roofs are particularly suitable for elevated solar module plants, due to the static and flexible mounting system. Even though the roof is of low stability an elevated installation system can be mounted smoothly.

 

Solar modules can be adjusted easily to an optimized direction/angle to the sun.

Our mounting system for flat roofs is a tailor made solution for all types of roofs. It is made of welded an aluminium triangular constructions, which are mounted on an aluminium bowl/pool. The aluminium triangles can be adjusted within millimetres and balance the inequality of roofs.

Therefore the modules ranks will stand properly during years. Occurring elongations of material due to temperature fluctuation are very low and will not be let pass to the module frame.
